2018 Annual Membership Meeting
LOCATION: The Coeur d’Alene Golf and Ski Resort, in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
DATES: Tuesday, February 6, 2018, through Friday, February 9, 2018.
REGISTRATION: Registration is $325 per person and includes dinner on Tuesday and lunch on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. (See bottom of page.)
HOTEL RATE: The room rate will be $109 per per night, plus tax, single or double occupancy, for Park Tower rooms. Upgrade to a Lake Tower room for $129 per night, plus tax, single or double occupancy. (Tax is currently 13%.) The resort is still honoring the group rate, but that could change at any time based on availability. To reserve your room, you must call the resort directly at 800-688-5253. (You may wish to reserve your ground transportation at the same time.)
A hot breakfast buffet will be available in Dockside restaurant located in the resort lobby at a special rate of $10 per person plus gratuity.
AIRPORT INFORMATION: Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, is serviced by the Spokane International Airport (GEG). Alaska, American, Delta, Southwest, and United all operate flights to Spokane, including non-stop flights from seventeen cities, including Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, and Minneapolis.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION: The Coeur d'Alene Resort is offering round trip ground transfer from the Spokane International Airport (GEG) via limo van for $40 per person. Transportation needs to be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to arrival by calling 800-688-5253 and asking for the transportation department. Please have your flight information ready to provide at time of reservation.
SCHEDULE: The meeting opens at 3:30 pm PST, Tuesday, February 6, and concludes on Friday, February 9, at 3:00 pm PST. All members are asked to attend the full meeting. Preliminary Schedule
NFCYM will provide scholarship assistance in the form of complimentary registration ($325 value). Each region will award two (2) scholarships: one for multicultural representation and one for economic need. Some assistance is also available to assist NCCGSCF representatives attend AMM.
The process for AMM Scholarships this year are as follows:
- Interested members must complete the Individual Financial Request Form and send it to their regional board representative no later than December 1, 2017.
Regional Representatives will identify their top three (3) candidates for both scholarship types: multicultural representation and economical need. Regional Representatives also have an opportunity to list NCCGSCF members in need of scholarship. Regional Representatives will notify NFCYM staff of their selections using the Regional Prioritization Form no later than December 8, 2017.
Applicants will be notified of their status beginning the week of December 11, 2017.
