Connections

The annual meeting of the NACYML Leadership Team took place in April in Kansas City, Missouri. At that time, the team welcomed Brian Hefer of Minnetonka, Minnesota, Joan Martinez of San Antonio, and Nancy Longo from the Archdiocese of Los Angeles to their three-year terms on the leadership team.

At the same meeting, Terry Aiken, Alex Barazza, and Pat Howard completed their terms of service. NACYML is grateful to the commitment of these three members and we look forward to their continued generous involvement.

The Five-Year Plan was completed and approved, based on input gathered from members at the NACYML Membership Meeting in Cleveland. Objectives were prioritized, submitted to the NFCYM Board of Directors, and approved during the May meeting.

Currently, members are invited to a discernment process for the leadership team. This early discernment will allow synchronization of the Annual NACYML Leadership Team Meeting with the NFCYM Membership Meeting in January 2010.
