NCCGCSF Hopes for Good Turnout in Little Rock
The National Catholic Committee for Girl Scouts and Camp Fire is asking regions that lack an NCCGSCF representative to discern one, and to encourage all representatives to attend the Membership Meeting in January. Guidelines are available for regions that need help in discerning representatives. For a copy, contact Joan Treacy.
The committee has a busy agenda and hopes for full representation at the Membership Meeting. It will discuss a draft of national policies and guidelines that attendees requested at the NCCYM in Las Vegas. Feedback from all regions is needed. Other agenda items include our newsletter/website and proposed revision of the I Live My Faith recognition. NCCGSCF also will introduce its new logo at the Membership Meeting.
Please remember that most NCCGSCF representatives are volunteers. Regions are asked to consider helping to fund the representatives’ expenses. They not only provide each region with another vote at the table, but they play a key role in forming national policy and programs for NCCGSCF.
