Coordinator of Youth Ministry - High School (Diocese of Reno)

Do you want to be a part of a vibrant parish filled with young families?
St. Albert the Great in Reno, Nevada is looking for their next Coordinator of Youth Ministry. In this position you will provide vision and coordination for comprehensive youth ministry including sacramental preparation to, for, with, and by young people from 9th through 12th grades, their families, the parish, and community. In addition this position will have the opportunity to facilitate a dynamic team of adult and youth leaders who will help you implement the vision. You will also have the opportunity for spiritual growth, professional development and networking with a dynamic diocese that is making Vibrant and Visible Youth Ministry its priority!

Regional Coordinator (Archdiocese of Washington)

The mission of the Catholic Archdiocese of Washington is to spread the light of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world. In the faithful pursuit of this mission, the archdiocese is seeking a Regional Coordinator in the Office of Youth Ministry.

The Regional Coordinator will support parishes in evangelizing young people by promoting effective parish and regional youth ministry in his/her region. Work in a hands-on fashion with Pastors, Youth Ministers, Directors of Religious Education, high school and college Campus Ministers, and Young Adult Ministry leaders to promote the lifelong faith formation of young people through the development of comprehensive parish youth ministry. Facilitate networking and provide resources and consultation services for youth ministers. Assist youth ministers in their professional development leading to Archdiocesan and National certification. Support the efforts of parishes in implementing the Archdiocese of Washington 2014 Synod Recommendations, Archdiocesan policies and procedures, and the development of Vital Parish.

Education: Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience in Theology, Youth Ministry, Pastoral Studies, or related field. Youth & Young Adult Ministry Program Staff (Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston)

The Youth, Young Adult & Campus Ministry Office of the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston is hiring to fill out our team of 4 dynamic & faith-filled individuals dedicated the mission to help the young people of West Virginia fall in love with Jesus Christ & His Church. This team lives in intentionally Catholic community with each other and the staff of the Bishop Hodges Pastoral Center in Huttonsville, WV. They will facilitate programs such as Camps, Mission Trips, Rallies, Retreat, Conferences, Worship & Youth Nights as well as provide support to Parish Youth & Young Adult Ministers around the Diocese. Diocesan Missionary Team (DMT)

Do you want to make a difference in Catholic young people's lives? We are looking for young adults between 18-26 years of age to proclaim the "Good News" to the youth of the Diocese of Charleston as missionaries!

The Diocesan Missionary Team in its third year of service is based out of beautiful and historic downtown Charleston. The DMT's main ministry outreach is leading retreats throughout the diocese. When the DMT is not giving retreats, they will serve either at a local life teen parish, nearby Catholic High School, or work with college/young adults in the local area.

What the Catholic Diocese of Charleston Youth Office will provide each DMT member: A generous stipend, housing, meals, training, community, transportation and all the support you need to be effective ministers to our youth.

What we ask of each member of the DMT is the following: A strong Catholic faith life, the heart of a servant, the ability to live in community and the ability to serve from August 16, 2018 to June 15, 2019.

Director, Office of Adolescent Catechesis and Evangelizaton, Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston

The Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston is seeking eligible candidates for the position of Director, Office of Adolescent Catechesis and Evangelization. This position reports directly to the Secretariat Director for Pastoral and Educational Ministry and oversees the development of comprehensive youth ministry in parishes through leadership development, training, education, programs, and retreats. The director is responsible for the management of staff, programs, resources and the stewardship of the archdiocesan office.

This position requires a master's degree in theology, pastoral ministry or related area, and a minimum of five years’ experience in a leadership position at the archdiocesan level. Superior oral and written communication skills, ability to speak to and facilitate large groups and conferences is essential.
