As Senior Project Manager for Diversity and Inclusion, I am responsible for NFCYM’s efforts to live into its values as an inclusive and diverse organization.
Q3. WHY DO YOU WORK FOR NFCYM?
I have worked for NFCYM since 2018. Ministering with and advocating for young people is my vocation. Being blessed to grow up and serve in the diverse communities of Chicago, I find the opportunity that NFCYM has provided by creating this role to be an amazing gift to the field of Catholic youth ministry and to the U.S. Catholic Church. To help lead this important work is an honor and privilege and I am proud that NFCYM is taking a leadership role in helping us be a more welcoming and inclusive community to all our brothers and sisters.

My top Clifton Strengths are: Connectedness, Context, Relator, Learner, and Arranger
I love listening and learning from people and helping to develop relationships among the amazing people who are doing this ministry.
