Archbishop’s Delegate for Youth and Young Adult Ministry (Seattle)

The Office for Youth and Young Adult Ministry of the Archdiocese of Seattle seeks a full-time archbishop’s delegate for youth and young adult ministry. Required qualifications include: demonstrated successful leadership/management experience to include staff supervision, program management and budget management; demonstrated successful experience in youth and/or young adult ministry or faith formation; demonstrated success in directing a comprehensive development and administration of youth and young adult programs; demonstrated experience in facilitating group processes enabling and motivating people to accomplish goals through team organization. The viable candidate must also be an active member of a parish/faith community in good standing with the church. Master’s degree in religious studies, theology, or related field, preferred.
