Catholic Youth Ministry Initiative (CYMI) Specialist (Diocese of Brooklyn)

The Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn seeks a faithful Catholic to assist the Diocesan Coordinator of Adolescent and Young Adult Faith Formation with implementing and coordinating the Catholic Youth Ministry Initiative, a combined effort of the Office of Faith Formation and the Catholic Foundation for Brooklyn and Queens. Responsibilities include; coordinating and assisting in the professional development of parish youth ministers, supporting youth ministers participating in the Initiative, and, promoting attendance at national youth ministry conferences. Coordinator for Deaf Ministry (Archdiocese of Baltimore)

The Archdiocese of Baltimore, the Premier See, is seeking a Coordinator for Deaf Ministry (PT). The Coordinator will ensure that the Deaf and hard of hearing community is fully included and represented in the life and mission of the Catholic Church in the Archdiocese of Baltimore. The Coordinator seeks to support, encourage and facilitate the evangelization and formation of those in the Deaf and hard of hearing community, and to facilitate opportunities for Catholics in these communities to evangelize others, especially their peers and local communities. The Coordinator will work with the Director to create and implement vision and strategies for Deaf Ministry to move towards increased inclusivity and accessibility for the Deaf and hard of hearing community in each parish as well as provide and ensure interpretation services for parish and archdiocesan liturgies directly and by recruiting, training, offering professional development and coordinating Sign Language Interpreters. Director of Marriage and Family Life (Archdiocese of Baltimore)

The Archdiocese of Baltimore, the Premier See, is seeking a Director of Marriage and Family Life. The Director is responsible for developing initiatives and strategies to help parishes evangelize and catechize families, form them as domestic churches and agents of evangelization, and respond to their growing and complex pastoral needs. The Director will actively support the efforts of the Department of Evangelization to help parishes make missionary disciples. The Director will develop and oversee marriage preparation; serve as the trainer for the married couples who work with the engaged and ongoing care for marriage; liaison with ministries engaged in bereavement, domestic violence awareness, marriage enrichment and divorce recovery and for catechetical leaders in the Catechesis for Family Life in grade K-8. Director of the Office of Worship and Sacramental Formation (Archdiocese of Baltimore)

The Archdiocese of Baltimore is in search of a Director of the Office of Worship and Sacramental Formation. The Director will serve as a resource to the Archbishop and to diocesan and parish leadership in ensuring that the New Evangelization is the lens through which worship and sacramental formation is viewed. Additional responsibilities include organizing, planning, and directing archdiocesan liturgies; as well as providing formation and resources on liturgical formation. The Director is responsible for working with parishes to provide sacramental catechesis for Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist, Reconciliation, and Anointing of the Sick. He or she is responsible for resourcing parish leadership on the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. The Director also works to foster participation of the faithful in the Liturgy of the Hours. The best qualified candidate will possess: a graduate degree in theology or a related field; at least 5 years of successful experience in parish sacramental formation and liturgical ministry; experience of collaboration with Catholic schools preferred, and a working knowledge of Spanish.
