Mother of Hope Camp Director (Diocese of Providence)

To direct the operations and programs of the diocesan sponsored Catholic Youth Ministry Camp that exists to serve children, adolescents, young adults, parishes, and Catholic Schools. Mother of Hope Camp invites people of all ages to encounter Jesus Christ in all creation, experience a fun and vibrant Catholic community, and be challenged to ever more deeply know, love and serve God and neighbor. Mother of Hope Camp is American Camp Association Accredited and is a Member of the Rhode Island Association of Camps. This person will hire, train, schedule and supervise all camp personnel, implement all programming, seek grant funding, manage the camp property and finances. This person will also work as a member of the diocesan Youth Ministry staff in creating and conducting diocesan Youth Programs. Director of Campus, Youth and Young Adult Ministries (Diocese of Shreveport)

The Diocese of Shreveport is looking for an individual to implement and administer the office of Campus, Youth and Young Adult Ministries and assist parishes with any youth group needs, provide retreats for middle/high school, and provide programs for college youth and young adults. Wonderful opportunity for someone with experience to work on a diocesan level. Only individuals with Initiative and charisma need apply. Looking for at least 3 years of experience especially with diocesan-wide events. Need to be a team player, a natural motivator, organized, and excited about the opportunity. Diocesan Director of Religious Education (Archdiocese of Los Angeles)

Responsible for the vision, leadership and supervision of the religious education programs and processes of the Archdiocese. Directs directing staff of the Office of Religious Education, coordinating the formation of catechetical leaders and evaluating the effectiveness of catechetical ministries, The Director is assisted in this function by the Associate Directors. Facilitates collaboration and mutual support among the Adult/Young Adults, Youth ministry, Early Childhood, Elementary and Regional Divisions. Directs planning and supervision of the annual Religious Education Congress. Master’s Degree in Religious Education/Catholic Theology or equivalent. Minimum Experience of 5 years in Religious Education/Catechetical formation, leadership, programming and finances. Bi-Lingual Spanish/English preferred. Ministry Development Coordinator (Diocese of Buffalo)

The Diocese of Buffalo is currently seeking a full-time Ministry Development Coordinator to serve as part of a team in the Department of Youth and Young Adult Ministry. This position supports parish efforts to develop and/or strengthen comprehensive ministry with youth (middle school and high school aged) and young adults (ages 18-39) and has a particular focus on resourcing, training, and consulting with youth and young adult ministry leaders. Specific responsibilities include: coordinating ministry formation and networking activities for leaders; developing web site and social media outreach; supporting local, collaborative ministry programs; and assisting with development of department programs and events. Requirements include Bachelor’s degree, preferably in theology, pastoral ministry, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of three to five years of experience in parish youth ministry, young adult ministry or related pastoral ministry, such as college campus ministry or related parish ministry. Must have an extensive understanding of all stages of adolescence and thorough understanding of the vision, models and methods of comprehensive ministry with these populations. Demonstrated ability and/or understanding of how to plan and conduct such ministry within a Catholic parish is required. Salary is commensurate with education and experience. Coordinator of Youth Ministry (Archdiocese of Saint Louis)

The Archdiocese of Saint Louis has an opportunity for a full-time Coordinator of Youth Ministry. This position is part of the Office of Youth Ministry-Catholic Youth Apostolate and is located at the Cardinal Rigali Center, which is in Shrewsbury, Missouri. The Archdiocese is a non-profit organization which encompasses 185 parishes, 146 schools, 60 offices/agencies and a Catholic population of more than 500,000. Position Summary: The Coordinator of Youth Ministry will be responsible for providing direct support to all parishes and youth ministers through consultation and on-site assistance. This person will plan and execute various programs, conferences and events related to youth ministry. The Coordinator of Youth Ministry will also be responsible for developing, accumulating, and distributing resources that assist parishes in building up youth ministry programs. Associate Director, Office of Youth Ministry (Archdiocese of San Antonio)

The Archdiocese of San Antonio is seeking an innovative, creative, bicultural and bilingual candidate for the position of Associate Director for the Office of Youth Ministry. The responsibilities of this position include planning, coordinating, and providing comprehensive youth ministry training for youth ministry leaders in parishes, schools, and other agencies of the Archdiocese- exploring new and developing existing programs; planning Archdiocesan-wide events for youth; consulting with parish staffs; and collaborating closely with the pastoral offices of the Archdiocese of San Antonio. The ideal applicant has experience in Pastoral Juvenil Hispana so as to be able to coordinate initiatives of the OYM focusing on Hispanic youth and their families. The qualified candidate must be a practicing Roman Catholic and have a minimum of a bachelor's degree- master's degree preferred- in theology, religious studies, pastoral ministry, or related field; at least three years’ experience in a diocesan or parish setting; good verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish; and dynamic presentation skills. The applicant should have knowledge and experience successfully implementing comprehensive youth ministry, mindful of adolescent catechesis and Confirmation preparation. Director, CYO/Youth and Young Adult Ministry Office (Archdiocese of New Orleans)

The Archdiocese of New Orleans is seeking a Director for its CYO/Youth and Young Adult Ministry Office. This full-time position 1) supervises the ministry office staff as well as a youth retreat center/summer camp and its staff; 2) provides training, consultation, and support for parish youth and young adult ministry, and high school and college campus ministry, and 3) oversees coordination of archdiocesan-sponsored youth and young adult ministry events and programs. Director of Youth Ministry (Diocese of Tyler)

The Diocese of Tyler, a missionary diocese located in Northeast Texas, is seeking a Director of Youth Ministry for our diocese. We have 68 parishes and missions throughout the 33 counties of our diocese. The Chancery Office and Cathedral are located in Tyler, Texas. The Director of Youth Ministry will work in collaboration with the Priest Chaplain for Youth and priests in the diocese to coordinate youth ministry in the Diocese of Tyler, empowering parishes to develop and strengthen a comprehensive Catholic model of youth ministry to their junior and senior high school youth. This person should be able to articulate the vision, values, goals and objectives of comprehensive ministry to youth and those who minister to them.
