The Adult Conference Task Group of the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry (NFCYM) is currently accepting submissions for workshops to be presented at the 2008 National Conference on Catholic Youth Ministry (NCCYM) to be held at the Cleveland Convention Center, December 4-7. All workshops will be presented on either Friday, December 5 or Saturday, December 6, 2008.

NCCYM LogoNew Submission Process: The new online workshop submission process requires that each workshop submission fall under one of the target topics that appear from the list below. The target topics are divided up into three categories:

  1. Professional Track Topics
  2. Volunteer Track Topics
  3. Facilitated Dialogue Topics

We ask that all submissions originate from the one who will be presenting the workshop unless a sponsoring organization is completing the form. Please do not “nominate” others to present a workshop unless you are sponsoring them. If you know of someone who would do an excellent job at presenting on a particular topic to a national audience, then please forward this link to the person and have them complete it. All form fields (except those designated as optional) must be completed in order for a submission to be accepted.

Presenters selected for a workshop will receive one complimentary NCCYM registration (valued at $250) and a stipend of $200 per workshop unless a sponsorship is available. Workshop presenters are required to provide for their own travel, accommodations and meals at NCCYM (unless sponsored by another organization or publisher).

Any questions or concerns should be directed to Michael Theisen or call 202-674-4209.

Submission Deadline: November 30, 2007
