Drawing on personal experience and the encyclicals of Pope John Paul II this workshop will inspire and challenge you to lead by example, giving practical ideas to help you to be a positive influence with family members.

How can we engage youth in faith conversations and prayer at home? A variety of research projects demonstrate that adolescence is a critical time for family faith sharing. This workshop will provide ideas and resources, parent to parent, to help families seize teachable moments, talk-able moments, and pray-able moments during the adolescent years. This workshop is geared toward parents and would also be helpful for leaders in youth ministry.
