2007 National Catholic Youth Conference
Discover The Way
November 8-12, 2007 the National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC) was held in Columbus, Ohio at Nationwide Arena and the Columbus Convention Center. The 2007 NCYC gathered over 20,000 attendees, including 18,340 registered participants from 145 dioceses and delegations, over 1,000 volunteers from the Diocese of Columbus, 450 exhibitors, 250 speakers and performers, and 18 bishops.
The overall theme for the 2007 NCYC was Discover the Way, though each general session had its own particular sub-theme with scriptural references:
- General Session 1, Friday Morning, Discover the Way (Isaiah 40:3, Mark 1:3, John 1:23)
- General Session 2, Friday Evening, Discover the Truth (Psalm 86:11, John 1:17, 18:37, Ephesians 1:13)
- General Session 3, Saturday Morning, Discover the Life (Psalm 16:11, John 3:16, 6:48, 1 John 1:1-3)
