Information for Exhibitors
Exhibiting at the NCYC is an opportunity to reach Catholic young people and their adult leaders. Past exhibitors have included religious publishers, religious goods retailers, Catholic organizations, religious communities and vocations offices, musicians and entertainers, community organizations, colleges, and various secular merchandise vendors.
The 2005 NCYC events will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center. One of these events is a thematic park—Peachtree Corners—built to provide educational and recreational activities for the conference participants. The park will include the exhibits, interactive learning experiences, athletic games, service projects, art activities, and amusements.
Share your company’s products and services with thousands of young Catholics—exhibit at the 2005 National Catholic Youth Conference.
As of October1, limited exhibit space is only available for colleges/universities in that respective area of the Thematic Park. All other exhibit spaces are sold out!

Clarification of Labor Charges
After hearing from several exhibitors about the cost of freight movement for the 2005 National Catholic Youth Conference, NFCYM sought clarification from our GES sales representative and was told the following.
The state of Georgia is a right-to-work state, which means that no one can compel anyone to use union labor. Therefore, if exhibitors wish to unload and carry their own freight to their booths, they may do so. If exhibitors choose to do this, they must provide their own equipment (whether it be muscle power, dollies, or hand carts). If assistance is needed or wanted, the teamsters will be there to help at the labor rates listed in the exhibitor kit.
NFCYM sincerely apologies for the confusion.
