Full-time Coordinator of Youth and Young Adult Ministry

Location: Church of the Redeemer, Mechanicsville, VA

Job Summary: Church of the Redeemer is seeking a full-time Coordinator of Youth & Young Adult Ministry to develop and implement a comprehensive ministry to youth and young adults of the parish. Responsibilities include providing a total catechetical program for youth grades 6-12, and outreach, community building and liturgical experiences for parish youth and young adults. The ideal candidate actively professes and lives the Catholic faith; strives to lead youth and their families in developing a deeper relationship with Christ; demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills; and is energetic and effective at public speaking.
