- Welcome young people by providing ecclesial space
- Develop ministers and ministries
PART 3: Nine Steps for Ecclesial Integration (steps 4-9): Developing a Sense of Belonging and Ownership
- Foster relationships across cultures and groupings
- Champion leadership development and formation
- Open wide the doors to the decision-making process
- Strengthen a sense of ownership

- Achieve commitment to discipleship in mission
