Program Goals
As part of its mission to educate, train, and support diocesan leadership, the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry sponsors an annual institute for new diocesan directors of youth ministry. NDDI Programming includes introduction to national Catholic Church resources, training in management skills, insight into personal spiritual development, as well as ongoing visioning and planning.
Who Can Attend?
This experience is designed for professionals who have served in diocesan youth ministry for less than 3 years.

Registration
Deadline: Open to the first 25 participants registered before April 1. Space is limited and preference will be given to Diocesan Directors of Youth Ministry completing the online registration form by April 1.
Fees
Due to generous grants from St. Mary's Press and the Catholic Youth Foundation USA, allprogram expenses, including lodging and most meals, are covered for participants. Participants are responsible for their transportation to/from Washington, D.C., one dinner during the even plus any meals before or after the official start of the program. There is also a $75 per person registration deposit required, which is refunded upon completion of the program. Deposits should be sent to:
