Sustaining the Spirit

Sustaining the Spirit is a time of reflection and renewal for persons who have worked in diocesan youth ministry or collaborating member organizations for five or more years. First presented by NFCYM in 1997, this two-day experience is held every two years prior to the NCCYM and offers diocesan youth ministry leaders and collaborating members the opportunity for professional affirmation and personal spiritual development in a relaxed atmosphere of reflection and fellowship with peers in ministry. Past participants have left Sustaining the Spirit feeling renewed and ready to continue their journeys in the service of the young church.
